    Three Solar Water Heating Installations
    Solar Mining Company has been awarded three Implementation Grants to install large-scale solar water heating systems at the Heart of the Valley YMCA in Kimberly, a commercial laundry in Plover, and at James Madison Memorial High School, Madison, for their pool system. Combined, these systems save about 21,599 therms per year.

    Commercial Bioenergy Expansion
    The Dane County Department of Public Works has been awarded this grant to expand their existing bioenergy system. The expansion alone will provide a savings of 13,315,200 kWh (1600 kW) per year.

    Industrial Bioenergy Installation
    Granite Valley Forest Products has been awarded this grant to install a wood boiler to replace their natural gas use. Granite Valley Forest Products will save about 276,000 therms per year.

    The Barron Area School District has been awarded an Implementation Grant to install a wood boiler. The system will replace about 75,000 therms of natural gas usage per year.

    Industrial Bioenergy Expansion
    The City of Janesville Wastewater Utility has been awarded this grant to expand their existing bioenergy system. This project intends to optimize the anaerobic digestion process, which will increase the amount of renewable energy generated at the wastewater treatment facility. Award based on extra generation the expansion would create, which is about 290,000 kWh per year. No thermal award.

    Double S Dairy

    Agricultural Bioenergy Expansion
    Double S Dairy has been awarded this grant to increase their generator capacity and conduct a general expansion of the agricultural bioenergy facility. Double S Dairy will save about 967,104 kWh and 49,780 therms per year.
