Why attend this meeting?
Retrocommissioning (RCx) is quickly spreading as an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) best practices for large
facilities with energy management systems. Due to the complexity of these systems some level of drift away from
optimal building operation occurs over time. Retrocommissioning works to reset the building to its most efficient
settings. RCx studies identify low and no cost performance improvements that can result in significant energy
savings, extension of equipment life and improved comfort for building occupants. Retrocommissioning can be a
valuable tool for buildings that have proactive or reactive maintenance plans as well as customers who have
implemented several energy projects or those who need a good place to start.
